Hi SC support team, Thank you for your detailed explanation and guidance. I understand that the issue could be related to the Tick Size setting. However, for my trading purposes, I specifically need a Tick Size of 0.25 for this symbol. Unfortunately, setting it to a larger value wouldn't work for my needs. Additionally, I wanted to mention that my laptop is quite new and powerful, so I don't believe the issue is related to laptop performance. (Please see my laptop specs below.) That said, I will still look into optimizing my system's performance or even consider an upgrade if necessary. Another possible factor might be my internet access. I am currently at sea and using an external router with Etisalat (UAE), which blocks many websites and communicators. The internet connection here is limited and slow, with a maximum download speed of 2-3 Mb/s, often dropping below 1 Mb/s. I frequently see a message in Sierra Chart saying "download historical chart in progress." Could this be contributing to the issue? I would appreciate any further guidance on how to address this while keeping the Tick Size at 0.25. Thank you again for your assistance.
