Hi John, Please disregard my previous message indicating that everything is okay. Unfortunately, the issue persists, and I'd like to provide some additional details to clarify the problem. When I have just one $INX chart in a separate chartbook, it works fine. However, as soon as I duplicate this $INX chart into my existing chartbook, which contains 14 other charts for the symbol ESU24_FUT_CME, it works only until I change the Tick Size to 0.25. After changing the Tick Size, the software crashes, even without using the "Dates To Exclude" option. I have attached the message log file for further analysis. I also utilized the "Send for Analysis" option within Sierra Chart. Please let me know if you need any further information or if there are additional steps I should follow.
