There are a few items that are not related to a Chartbook that could have a bad symbol. This is why you need to go through the sections for Associated Watch Lists, Quote Boards, Intraday File Update List, and Symbol Alerts. Even if you think you have never touched these, make sure you look to ensure there is nothing in them. With regards to not getting historical data, that is one of the issues with Rithmic - they have a lack of historical data available. This is not something we can help with.
