I still haven't been able to fix this problem. Why does it still happen on a single chart of MCL on a completely new chartbook and I've cleared all symbol alerts and have never touched quote boards or associated watch list. Really need you to help me more specifically with what to do. Also I open a new chart of crude oil futures and it doesn't download the past week of data for some reason. I realise these problems might be related to rithmic and not SC but if they don't get fixed I can't use the platform. Thank you for your time in advance, Kind regards Afonso |
