We are not understanding this at all. The Trade Window is fully visible in the chart image you provided: can only see the left half of the data in the trading window,
What do you mean by ladder prices: the right half with the light blue background showing the ladder prices is not visible The Trade Window has no functionality to show any column of prices at all.
