What we see is absolutely unbelievable. We wonder if there is some manual configuration you have set on your computer of domain names. The IP addresses being resolved for the below domain names, are from about three years ago. They are simply completely wrong:

ds4.sierracharts.com. Port 443
2024-08-21 14:16:20.075 | DTC Client socket (1) | Connecting to IP: 192.81.56.146.

2024-08-21 14:16:40.095 | SC Data with Depth | Connecting to the server ds12.sierracharts.com. Port 443
2024-08-21 14:16:40.111 | DTC Client socket (1) | Connecting to IP: 204.15.197.14.
