These are some of the errors:
2024-08-19 21:10:25.773 | The FDXSH17-EUREX.dly symbol may not be the active contract month.
2024-08-19 21:10:25.773 | Unable to determine transition date based on volume from files: FDXSH17-EUREX.dly, FDXSM17-EUREX.dly

Reduce the amount of days loaded in the chart:
Continuous Futures Contract Charts: Preventing Error Messages by Reducing Days to Load in Chart

For Historical Daily Charts at this time just use one year . So use 365.

If you are having a connection problem to CQG:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Connect to the data feed:

Select "File >> Disconnect"

Select "File >> Connect to Data Feed"

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
