This is easily resolved by using these settings to set the Order Fills Start Date-Time:
Chart Settings: Order Fills Start Date-Time (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trading menu)

Also check this setting:
Chart Settings: Start Time for Trades List (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trading menu)
