First, make sure you are not in "Safe Mode". Refer to the following:
Sierra Chart - Software Login Instructions: Using Safe Mode

If Safe Mode is not the issue, then do the following so we can view your Message Log:
- Open the Message Log by selecting "Window >> Message Log".
- On the Message Log window select "Edit >> Clear Message Log".
- Select "Analysis >> Studies" and select the button for "Add Custom Study".
- Select the button on the top of the Message Log that states "Send for Analysis".
- Post in this thread letting us know that you have sent the Message Log.

We'll take a look and see if there is something in the log that gives us some information.
