The "Connect to Data Feed" is not available because you are already connected, so this is correct functioning.

The notice of "Waiting to Download Historical Data" is a normal message. It means that the system is downloading the data for the symbol of that chart. Depending on how many days of data you are needing to download (particularly if this is the first time downloading data for this symbol) then this can take some time. You need to wait for that message to go away and your chart should then be showing all the data you have requested.
