Do you know where you installed the Sierra Chart software to? You need to make this choice on the Installer window when you first downloaded the software. We recommend installation to C:\SierraChart, so if you do not remember, then check to see if you have this folder on your system. Wherever you installed Sierra Chart to, go to that folder and run the executable named "SierraChart_64.exe". You may not see the .exe extension depending on your Windows settings. Once you have Sierra Chart running, select "Global Settings >> Create Desktop Shortcut". You can then start Sierra Chart from that new desktop icon.
