Hi, thanks for responding! However, I think maybe you didn't read my full message / maybe I didn't explain well enough. When I click load, I get the messages box popping up showing that there was an error trying to load the study because the file doesn't exist. (Because I have no file name saved with the "+" sign on the end) That option for Prompt to Remove Existing studies does not do anything. All it does is bring up the message dialogue box and show an error that the study with the "+" in the name could not be found. Can you please provide instructions or maybe a video showing how this is supposed to work? Is my client bugged maybe? Either way - this does not work for me. That prompt does not do anything, nothing happens. |
