Hi, I am a member of the G7FX course and downloaded Sierra as recommended. It went well at the start and I managed to add the G7FX charts file to the data but did not see any charts. I first turned to their support, deleted, and downloaded the file again, but now I can not access Sierra's data on my desktop. The icon is there but it doesn't respond. After the support failed to find the solution I am turning to you - For 3 days now I am spending valuable time trying to access my 21-day trial instead of making progress with my studies.
