We can not say for sure, as there are a number of ways to get a line like that. The first thing to check is the Vertical Grid. See if the option for "Chart >> Vertical Grid" is enabled (has a checkmark next to it). If not, then select this and see if that restores your line If this option was already enabled, then most likely the color of the line was changed.
