There is not an option for this within the TPO study. You would have to have a separate chart set to a 30 minute bar period and then look at the particular volume for a particular sub-period within that chart. If you want to display the first 30 minute volume, then you could use a Spreadsheet to get the volume from that first period and then use the "Text Display for Study From Chart" to display that information on the TPO chart.
