Looking at the information about your account, it looks like the two systems are running different versions of Sierra Chart. Although it is highly doubtful that this would have any impact, we really need to have both systems running the same version in order to rule this out. Please update both systems to the current release, which is version 2667. Follow these instructions to update both systems: Software Download: Fast Update On one system, duplicate the chart to a new chartbook and then save that new chartbook. Then copy that chartbook to the other computer and open it on that other computer. See if the data is different in that new chartbook. We expect that in this case the charts will look identical.
