We assume that when you are in a long position, that you would then left-click in the Sell column below the current price. From your image, this would place a Sell Stop order, which should work just fine. The opposite is true for a Short. The best thing to do is to enable the Order Confirmations and try your scenario and make sure that a "Sell Stop" or "Buy Stop" is in fact being placed per the confirmation. If this is the case and that stop is then closing you out, then we would need to look into this further, as it should not be occurring this way.
