Then there must be something about the alert conditions you were using for the Heikin-Ashi that is making the "Color Bar Based on Alert Condition" no longer valid. You need to look at how these are setup.
I did consider this. I did the following. I recreated the same alert conditions to function correctly on a fresh chart in the same chartbook without the HA candles. I attempted to add other color bar studies to the chart in question and none of them work. As far as I can tell there is something happening on my chart where I am unable to get any color bar functionality to work after removing HA candles as the main price graph. Is it possible there is a setting in the specific chart that is causing this? |
