When I uncheck the "Display as Main Price Graph" box in the HA study I get two sets of candles on my chart.
This makes sense and is correct. You need to remove the Heikin-Ashi, or move it to another region, if you want to not have those two sets of candles. The color bar based on alert condition studies are based on "Main Price Graph" through all situations. I can provide screenshots if my descriptions are not clear.
Then there must be something about the alert conditions you were using for the Heikin-Ashi that is making the "Color Bar Based on Alert Condition" no longer valid.
