You are getting your data from Interactive Brokers. If you do not already have the data on your system for a particular time, then you will need to ensure that the setting for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Maximum Historical Intraday Days to Download Limit" is set to a value high enough that you can get the data you are wanting. Refer to the following: Interactive Brokers Trading Service: Downloading More Days of Historical Data Directly from Interactive Brokers Aside from the above, if you have the data, then you should have that data showing in all your charts. The only thing we can think in relation to your statement that "the hourly chart has data but the 1m and 15m charts do not", is that there is data at a later point in the hour, just not at the beginning of the hour. But we really need to see images of the 1-hour and 1 minute charts covering the same time frames, so we can get an idea of what is occurring. We do have to wonder if this is related to issues with the Interactive Brokers data. We recommend installing a second Sierra Chart and keeping the service set to "SC Data - All Services". This will give you access to our historical data, so you can see if you have the same issue with our data versus Interactive Brokers.
