With regards to the Permission Denied error, refer to the following: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Permission Denied Resolution Procedure Since you will be getting your data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, one item that you can do that might help to resolve the Permission Denied error is to remove the entries for the Rithmic data Username and Password on the Data/Trade Service Settings window. You do have to connect to your live account before you will be able to get the real-time data for any CME Group exchanges. You have not done this yet, as noted by your "Verified Until" date showing as "0000-00-00". Once you connect, this date will update to 30 days in the future and you will be "verified" for that time period. You will have to connect again prior to that date to update again, and so on.
