I subscribe to the Sierra Chart real time data feed. My charts were working just fine. Most important to me is being able to see premarket data on a day chart such as SPY. I noticed that I was getting delayed data so I went to Global Settings -> Data/Trade Service Settings -> Common Settings and changed Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds to Yes. Now I am not getting any new data for today on day charts. I have deleted and downloaded all data. I have restarted Sierra Chart. I am getting today’s data on intraday charts. For me this is urgent. Can you please provide directions to fix this issue?
