I tried going to "global settings>> Graphic settings- Global>> colors and widths tab" and changed the colors of the "chart values scale text color" and "chart time scale text color" to a green color and I also changed color of "chart values: color of the price and time boxes" and "chart values: crosshair" to a black color. After I clicked on "apply" and "ok" at the bottom of the window, nothing changed. The crosshair mouse curser is still whiting out the numbers on the side of the chart as originally described.
