a) Are you placing the order on a chart or on a Trading DOM? And is the DOM you refer to where the Orders and Positions are not showing the same chart/Trading DOM or is this a different window? Do the Orders and Positions show on the same Chart/Trading DOM where you place the order? If you are not getting any Order/Position lines, then this would imply that the position is opening and closing immediately, which would mean something is not correct in your attached orders, or that the order is rejected. After placing the order, check your "Trade >> Trade Service Log" to see if there is any information in there regarding a rejection.
