Hi, I have a couple of issues which my colleagues and I are unable to resolve and require support for. a) When trading live on a prop account, I have noticed that the Orders & Positions are not showing on the DOM. However, when I switch to SIM they do appear on the DOM. Cannot work out how to fix this one, could you please help? b) When my prop account is opened, it automatically opens an example chartbook.
