For order fills and order cancels, the alerts are set in "Trade >> General Trade Settings >> Notifications". From what you state, it sounds like at least one of these is setup, and since orders are processed through the Main Instance, you are getting the alert sounding twice since the Main Instance and the Sub-Instance are both recognizing the fill (or cancellation). You just need to set the option to be alerted in the Main Instance, and you should only get the 1 alert sound.
