What exactly is the problem you are having connecting? If you are getting an error, then we need to know what it states.

Also, you have activated the "CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts", but you have not connected to your live, funded, futures trading account in order to verify your non-professional standing, so you are not yet able to get the real-time data.
