The symbol in both charts is ZNU24-CBOT (but a continuous contract so it has months prior to the current month). In the first chart, the current service is SC Data-All Services because that is the only way I can get it to load the complete history. In the second chart, the current service is Interactive Brokers with Allow Sierra Data Feeds set to yes. In theory, nothing should change about this symbol, yet it does depending on the service that is set when the chartbook is opened. I have 7 charts with this same symbol that I use for various historical periods and they all behave this same way. I simply want the long data history from the Denali feed in my analysis charts with the IB symbol used in the current chart for trading. Even if the current service is set to IB, shouldn't the historical data for the Denali symbol load since the Allow Sierra Data feed is set to be used? Thank you for your help. |
