The first is when Denali is set as the data service. Do you mean the Current Selected Service is set to SC Data-All Services?Is the symbol the same in both of these charts? We need to know the symbol in each of these charts. We need to know the symbol and when you are using Interactive Brokers the symbol of the chart must always match the symbols that are used with Interactive Brokers. And really we would not recommend changing between services in the same instance of Sierra Chart. We would recommend having two installations of Sierra Char.
