Hello,

A few days ago I got setup with AMP and Teton Order Routing. After everything was set, I wasn't able to place any trades, even though the correct account number was showing and everything seemed fine. I got in touch with their support and after a lot of back and forth, they ensured me that everything is set up correctly on their end with my account and it should work.

When I try to place a trade, nothing happens and nothing shows up. No order entry and no messages in the activity log about anything.

I also couldn't find anything useful in the threads, so here we are.

Can you guys please look into this? If you need anything, just let me know. Thank you in advance.
