The data is not "adjusted" or modified in any way. We think what you are looking for is the "Continuous Futures Contract" option, in which you would select one of the options without "Back Adjustment". The chart you are showing in Sierra Chart is not a continuous futures contract, so it is only the data from the U 2024 contract for MES.
