Regarding "I don’t have intraday data for EVZ and VXGOG (or I believe only the most recent real time data points, but it does not seem to be downloading past data)" >> the instruments "EVZ" and "VXGOG" are specific to the Cboe Global Indices (CGI) Channel -- as of August 1st you will only have access to the instrument on the CBOE Global Indices (a) MAIN and (b) iNAV channels.
