I just reactivated my Sierrachart service after a hiatus. I only need NASDAQ intraday charts, so I've signed up for a level 11 license which includes the Denali feed. I've updated Sierra Chart to the current version and it appears to be connected to the feed as I have a green bar at the top of the main chart window. I've added F.US.ENQU24 (NQ front month) to the Quoteboard, and have also set my charts to that symbol, but they are all blank except for the pale blue border at the top which lists the symbol, timeframe, chart number and "E-MINI NASDAQ 100 (Sep24). I've worked through all the no data helpfiles I can find and it still won't work. Please let me know what I need to do in order to receive data and view charts. Thanks, Simon |
