The entire system is either in "Simulation Mode" or not. It is not a "per chartbook" item. This has nothing to do with getting data or not. And different chartbooks doesn't have anything to do with getting data or not. Please give us an image of a chart that is working and an image of a chart that is not working. Preferably the same symbol.
