"SC Data - All Services" is not a valid trading service. That is our service to connect to when you do not have a trading account. So this will not do anything to update your "Verified Until" date. Tradovate does not allow for connectivity with Sierra Chart, so you can not use them to verify your "non-professional" standing. This has been this way for a long time. We see that you made a connection to a valid trading service on May 2, 2024. It could not have been Tradovate that you connected to at that time, as you can not connect to Tradovate with Sierra Chart. What broker/trading service were you using at that time?
