When this happens, could you email us at support @ Sierra Chart.com with your telephone number and we will then contact you. What we would like to know is when this happens, go to the Windows Task Manager. Go to the Processes tab and see what the CPU usage is for Sierra Chart. Please tell us the percentage. If this is caused by the Rithmic API software that we are using, in the longer-term, we do have a solution for this. Although it has been a very long time since we have heard about a problem like this with the Rithmic software. The previous problem was resolved.
