We have this released and working for the "Recent Bid/Ask Volume" columns. This is in the Pre-Release version 2571. There is a new Chart Setting for "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Market Depth >> Apply Combine Increment in Ticks to Recent Bid/Ask Volume Columns", which will then use the same setting for "Market Depth Combine Increment in Ticks" and apply it to the Recent Bid/Ask columns.
