Which instructions are you following, please give us the link so we understand what "Step #8" is. Also, you should not have to create a new folder, the 'Data' folder should already exist in a Sierra Chart installation. For example, if you installed Sierra Chart to the top of the C: drive, your Data folder would be located at "C:\SierraChart\Data". You should just copy all the files from within that Data folder from the one installation to the Data folder in the other installation. Images will not be helpful, as this all depends on the location of where you have put your installations.
