To start with, in order to be able to get the real-time data for the U.S. Equities (or any of the paid exchanges), you need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages. Since you mention that you want footprints and heatmaps, you will need to be on either of the "Integrated Advanced" packages - The "Integrated Advanced with MBO" gives you the ability to view the Market by Order data that makes up the Market Depth. Refer to the following for more information on the "Integrated" packages: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Integrated Packages To change your package, follow the instructions at the following link: Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Instructions Note that when you change your package, you do not need to make any payments nor do we issue a refund - rather we adjust the remaining Usage Time based on the difference in price of the packages. Therefore, if you change to a more expensive package, your remaining Usage Time will go down, and vice versa. Next, in order to get the U.S. Equities with the Market Depth, you need to activate both the "U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape" and the "NASDAQ TotalView" exchanges. The "U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape" gives you the consolidated volume data for the equities and the "NASDAQ TotalView" gives you the Market Depth data for the NASDAQ for these equities. Follow the instructions at the following link to setup and activate these exchanges: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: All Other Exchanges* After the above is done, then when you open a chart for an equity - you will need to use the suffix of "_MBO" in order to get both the full volume and market depth data (we put the data together behind the scenes for you). For example, you would need to enter IBM_MBO not just IBM. If you just use IBM, then you will not get any market depth data for that symbol. If you are using a trading service with these symbols, then you will need to use the "Trade and Current Quote Symbol" option in the Chart Settings in order to set the proper symbol name for the trading service. Refer to the following: Chart Settings: Trade and Current Quote Symbol (text box) (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol menu) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
