1) We can not say exactly why the decision was made to implement it in this manner, what we can say is that most people are not changing the Current Selected Service, therefore they would not have multiple data downloads. And, if you are changing your service, then we recommend using multiple installations of Sierra Chart, in which each will get their own data. 2) We are working on this to allow Sierra Chart customers to connect with one another. The main reason we are doing this ourselves it that all the other software out there has flaws and issues and instead of developing forward, they tend to move backwards. We simply could not find anything that met our stringent standards. 3) We expect it to always be free of order routing fees.
