Everything you are showing says that you should be having your orders copied to the other accounts. When you say it is only showing in the "Lead Account", where are you seeing this? If you place an order on a chart and then change the Account on the Trade Window to one of the accounts that has the trade copied to it - do you see the order on that chart?
