If you are referring to the symbol AMT, then the first thing to understand is that this data is coming from Interactive Brokers. You are not setup to get any stock data from us (Sierra Chart). You are only setup for real-time data for the CME exchange of the CME Group from us. We have heard of a few problems recently with historical data from IB. You need to ensure that you are on the most recent Pre-Release of Sierra Chart and the most recent (Stable) release from Interactive Brokers. This should resolve your data issues for U.S. stocks.
