Good afternoon everyone, I am a new user to Sierra Charts and have just completed getting everything setup. I have been using the Denali real time data feed with zero issues. My data is live and has no delay ([M] displayed on chart header). I added a DTC account (Apex) and got logged into the account for trading only, leaving the data sections blank (was originally filled out). I got connected and was prompted to remap everything, which I did. I have the [M] displayed at the top of the chart which should mean I am connected to Denali for my data. When looking at my longer term charts (60+ days) I have chunks of data missing. When I disconnect from DTC and use Denali only the issue is instantly resolved and my data is back. What do I do to fix this? |
