When you start Sierra Chart, deselect the option for Open Files on Startup on the login page. Then when the software starts, try to open a single chart and see if you have any issues. If that works (which we suspect it will) then try to open the chartbook that is set to open automatically. We expect that this will fail again, but we need to try one more time. If it does fail, then you will need to use one of the Backup Chartbooks that is saved on your system.
