The only thing that we can offer as a solution is to use our Denali Exchange Data Feed for the exchanges that it provides that that you are running into this problem with. Instructions are on this page: Denali Exchange Data Feed CME Group, EUREX, CFE and US stocks are all supported with the Denali Data Feed. As far as an API update on the Sierra Chart side that is an involved task, and we would not expect to get to this until February. We do not know if you still would encounter similar errors with Trading from Sierra Chart when using TWS. If not, then this is a good solution.
