Hi i am new to Sierra, i signed up to the trial on the 7th and counld not get the DOM which is supplied by the G7FX traiding course to work, the course provider has ran through the full set up with me and thinks there was an issue with the data feed from Sierra, I have now upgraded to your service package 5 on Friday and the DOM started working and i was able to take simulated traded ect. When i logged back in on Saturday i have the same issue and it looks like there is no data feed. I have ran through your set up instructions for the delayed Exchange Data Feed and it still isnt working, Can you please take a look at my account and advise.
