Our servers are not showing that you are connected to your CQG account. If you are, then great, but if not, then be sure to go through the following instructions to connect your Sierra Chart to your CQG account: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions Then, when you have that connected, you just need to ensure that the option for Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On does not have a checkmark next to it - select the option if it does to remove the checkmark.
