I think I have solved the problem but I won't know until Ironbeam gets back to me.

I entered Ironbeam and Teton's information and I now have the message "no trade account is assigned to Teton", which I assume needs Ironbeam's activation.

And I can get into account management.

So if Ironbeam assigm my account to Teton and Sierra goes green then You will not hear back from me.

For now - you don't need to do anything if I am on the correct path. However if you see that I have screwed up somewhere, please let me know.
