So: because I've only ever traded in the simulation account up to now, I couldn't remember that I have an account with CQG. I figured I only had the Denali Data Feed and that's why I didn't understand that I had "Current Selected Service (List)" must switch from "SC Data - All Services" to "CQG WebAPI" The login data are not those of AMP Futures, as I needed them for Rithmic, but others that I got from AMP Futures. It finally worked and SierraChart showed me the data in real time! After that I switched it back to "SC Data - All Services [data]" and there I finally have real time data feed again! However, I got the crucial tip from AMP Futures Support: "You should be connecting to CQGwebAPI." Problem solved. Thank you! |
