What we would like for you to do is to copy the Chartbook from your Main Instance to your Sub-Instance. You may need to change the name of the chartbook in the Sub-Instance depending on how you have your chartbooks setup. Keep in mind, your main instance is wherever you installed your Sierra Chart to. Typically this is C:\SierraChart, but it can be anywhere. The Sub-Instance is in a folder named 'SierraChartInstance_#' where # is replaced with the actual instance number. If this is the second instance, then it will be a 2, etc. By copying the chartbook, it ensures that the setup is exactly the same between the charts. Open that copied chartbook in both instances and then see if there is an issue. There should not be.
